疲れが溜まっていた。休みをとることにした。といっても日曜日なのだから休みをいただいてもばちはあたるまい。久々の休日。アレックスモールトンに乗って久しぶりのサイクリングに出かけた。手は冷たいが風を切って走るのは気持ちがいい。湘南で暮らしているのでサイクリングも海沿いを走ることができる。
今日はちょっと幸せな気分である。
1948年に沖縄の基地内で誕生したBlue Sealアイスクリームの支店は福生と鎌倉の腰越にある。鎌倉店で塩ちんすこうアイスと黒糖アイスのダブルをいただいた。稲村ガ崎温泉でひと風呂浴びて満足の1日。
