しかもマチュピチュです。

高地だと、酸味が強くなるようですね。

浅煎りで酸味をあまり出さないように焙煎したいなあ。

最近焼酎を飲むようになりました。
いも焼酎をいただきました。
ソーヴィニヨンブランの酵母とサツマイモを発酵させているそうです。

実に美味しかったです。
