Arrived in Paris.
I try to keep my luggage to a minimum.
Only hand luggage.
It is just after the closing ceremony of the Olympics.
Japan put up a great fight.
Well, I’m leaving now.
パリに到着しました。
荷物は最小限にするようにしています。
手荷物だけです。
オリンピックの閉会式が終わった直後です。
日本は大奮闘しましたね。
さて出発しますね。
Je suis arrivé à Paris.
Nous essayons de réduire nos bagages au minimum.
Uniquement un bagage à main.
Juste après la cérémonie de clôture des Jeux olympiques.
Le Japon s’est bien battu.
Maintenant, nous partons.

再び

I am heading back to Paris.
It is a long way to our final destination.
I am now over Greenland.
Before I left, I found some banknotes left over from my last trip to Brazil.
I felt like I had gained something.
It is the middle of winter in Brazil.
It is very cold in the south.

I look forward to reconnecting with many of my Japanese-Brazilian acquaintances.

再びパリに向かいます。３日しか日本にいないのならばそのままパリに残った方が楽でしたね。今回はそうはいきませんでした。
最終目的地までは長い道のりです。現在グリーンランド上空です。
出発前に前回ブラジルに訪問した時の残った紙幣を見つけました。結構な金額でした。得した気分です。ブラジルは真冬です。南の地域は寒いですね。日系人の多くの知人に再会することを楽しみにしています。

Estou voltando para Paris.
É um longo caminho até nosso destino final.
No momento, estou sobrevoando a Groenlândia.
Antes de partir, encontrei algumas cédulas que sobraram de minha última viagem ao Brasil.
Senti que tinha ganhado alguma coisa.
Estamos no meio do inverno no Brasil.
Está frio no sul.

Estou ansioso para me reconectar com muitos de meus conhecidos nipo-americanos.

久しぶりに絵画を入手しました。
フランスの気鋭の作家のPhilippe Eugerの作品です。
もう一枚は、同じくフランスの作家のSOLVEIGAの作品です。
街の景色が美しく描かれています。額縁も似合うものがあったので合わせました。
輸送もギャラリーにお任せしました。
日本に到着する日を楽しみにしています。
早速作家からはお礼の連絡をいただきました。

Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas acheté un tableau.
C’est l’œuvre du très talentueux écrivain français Philippe Euger.
L’autre tableau est de SOLVEIGA, également un artiste français. Il représente une belle vue de la ville. Nous avons également assorti les cadres, car nous en avons trouvé qui convenaient.
Nous avons également laissé le transport à la galerie.
Nous attendons avec impatience le jour où l’œuvre arrivera au Japon.
L’artiste nous a immédiatement contactés pour nous remercier.

It has been a while since I purchased a painting.

ユーロスターで2時間半ほどです。

短い時間ですが、オリンピック開催中の街に向かいます。
