醤油麹と味噌も自作してみました。

料理はできないのですが。

ヨーグルトメーカーがあれば簡単に作ることができます。

甘酒も作りました。

麹はすごいですね。

麹に出会えただけでも大きな収穫でした。

菌類は、バイオスティミュラントの世界だけでなく、凝集沈殿剤、水濾過、堆肥化、燃料、化粧品、医薬品などの用途が考えられます。

遺伝子組み換えからバイオスティミュラントに農業は大きく舵を転換しています。

環境の世界でももっともっと活用できる場所がありそうです。
