帰国。

雑務に追われる。

創造的でない仕事に時間ばかり費やされるのはあまり心地よいものではない。

社長という役割上致し方無い面はあるが、何もかもをいちいち判断を求められるというのも辛いときもある。

何でもかんでも書類にされて、全部目を通して印を押す。

その数だけでも凄い数である。

正直言って、自分で判断して、結果のみを提出してもらうという立場になりたいものだ。
