心と身体のバランスは大きな課題なのでしょう。

トレイルランニングのレースに出たのが数ヶ月前だったのに、

最近は忙しくて運動量が減ってしまいました。

それでも少しでも鍛えていますが。

自分にとっても節目の年です。

これから新たに運動を増やしていきたいと思っています。
