帰国した。

スコッチと書いたが、やはり日本酒が好きだ。

しかも生酒である。

生詰でもなければ生貯蔵でもない。

生酒である。

真摯な作り手の酒しか飲まない。

人生いつまで酒を飲めるかわからないのだ。

手を抜いて作った酒など飲んでる暇はないのだ。

日本にいて美味い日本酒が飲める時には日本酒をいただく。

酒の飲み方は知っている。
