海抜ゼロメートルのリマから一気に3400メートルのクスコへ移動する。

途中で体を休める時間はない。

高度順応ができない。

高山病の初期症状が出てきた。

目の下の袋が青くなり、

唇は紫色に変色する。

鼻は詰まるし鼻血も出る。

酒は飲んではいけない。走ってもいけない。水分を多くとる。

そしてaltitude sickness用の薬を飲む。

これで無理しなければ対応可能なのだ。
