グローバルフードバリューチェーンについての仕事をしています。

途上国はコールドチェーンが不足していることによって、生鮮食品が手に入らなかったり、輸送の途中で腐ってしまうことが多いのです。

環境の仕事と食糧は密接な関係にあります。

それを解決する方法として、テクノロジーの活用があります。

 

保冷庫や冷蔵車のネットワークを構築するには膨大なお金がかかりますし、

ある程度の人口がない限り、商売として成り立たないのです。

これは中々の難題です。

この仕事に携わって３年ほどですが、奥が深いです。

 

６次産業関係の仕事は大変ですがやり甲斐があります。
