海へ

台風で壊れた建築中の湘南の海の家たち。

修復が進んでいるようです。

 

海水温は気温よりも少しだけ低めですが海に飛び込みました。

目の前で大きな魚が飛び跳ねます。

少しだけ自然の中にいだかれて大きく深呼吸をします。

 

海から眺める山は青々としています。

いよいよ夏の始まりですね。

 

心と身体のバランス調整。

働く為の休み時間。

何を選択するかでその後の頑張りも違ってくるのでしょう。
