久しぶりに湘南の海へ出かけました。

音も無く静かに進むカヤック。

暫し心のデトックス。

戻ってくると、収穫したワカメを釜で煮ていました。

鋳物の釜でなければうまいワカメを茹でる事ができないそうです。

お裾分けを戴きました。何もつけず、そのままで食べます。

塩味。活きたミネラルをそのまま取り込むような気がします。

いよいよラストスパート。

年度末に向けて駆け抜けます。
