三陸・雄勝　海の幸トレイルランニングは第2回目も盛況裡に終了しました。

お礼に雄勝石のプレートを頂きました。

黒色で光沢のある硬質粘板岩です。東京駅にも使われました。

スペインも産地のようですが、実に美しいです。

このプレートがあれば料理も引き立つと思います。

 

豊かな自然環境があってこそのアウトドアフィットネス。トレイルランニング。

そして復興支援と食とスポーツ。

実にいいイベントだと思います。
