新入社員の方々の前でお話をさせていただきました

下らぬ精神論など無用です

ガチンコで向かい合います

 

トピック毎にそれぞれに回答を聞いていきます

答えは一つではない

しかし何らかの答えを導きだす能力がなければ役に立ちません

 

若い方々は、経験も人脈もお金も知識も乏しい

ならば何をするか？

当然導きだされる答えは

知識を得るために努力をする事です

既に習得している知識で満足するような

横柄さがあればそこで限界です

 

私は今でも猛烈な勢いで勉強しています

謙虚に自分の知識のなさを痛感しているからです

若い方々にも謙虚に学んでいって欲しいとだけ思っています

一つ一つ自分の力を出し切って

あとは次に繋がるのを待つ
