シェラスコで人気があるのはピッカーニャ。

どこの部位かと思ったら、イチボでした。

牛一頭から1kg-1.5kgぐらいしか取れないそうです。

知らずにばくばく食べてしまいました。

ブラジルに長期出張だと、１日１回はシェラスコですので、店によって味が異なることがよくわかります。

BARBACOAは日本でもお馴染みですね。
