これまで沢山のプロジェクトを実施してきました。
この10年以上の期間で訪問回数は20回以上になったのでしょう。
多くのことを達成しました。
多くのことが達成できませんでした。
移民者の苦労に触れ、これまで築き上げてきた事に感銘を覚えます。
防弾車での移動も多かったです。
北端アマゾンから南端まで回りました。
世界の穀倉地となったセラード
日本が果たした役割はとても大きいです。
日本の面積の5.5倍のサバンナを肥沃な大地に変えました。
移民者の多くが
「この国はいい加減だし危険も伴う でもブラジルの明るさは日本に輸出したい」
と言われます。
広大な面積のブラジルを移動は当然飛行機になりますが、まともに飛んだことは少ないです。
昨日もいよいよ移動という段階で、突然席をキャンセルされました。
交渉の末、次の便に乗ることができました。
深夜到着。流石に草臥れます。
心身ともにタフでなければ乗り越えられませんね。
Brazil
We have implemented many projects.
I have probably visited more than 20 times.
I have accomplished a lot.
But many things have not been accomplished.
We are touched by the hardships of the immigrants and impressed by the efforts that have been built up so far.
You can’t know the historical facts unless you go to the site.
We traveled in bulletproof cars a lot.
We went around from the northern end of the Amazon to the southern end.
The Cerrado, which has become the breadbasket of the world.
Japan has played a very important role.
We transformed the savanna, an area 5.5 times the size of Japan, into fertile land.
Many of the immigrants said
“This country is not easy and dangerous, but I want to export the brightness of Brazil to Japan.
They say, “I want to export the brightness of Brazil to Japan.
Naturally, airplanes are the only way to travel around the vast area of Brazil, but I have rarely had a proper flight.
Yesterday, when I was about to leave for Brazil, my seat was suddenly cancelled.
After some negotiations, I was able to catch the next flight.
Arrival at midnight. I was exhausted.
You have to be tough, both physically and mentally, to get through this.
If you have never been to Brazil, you should definitely visit.

Provavelmente já visitamos o país mais de 20 vezes.
Conseguimos muitas coisas.
Mas muitas coisas ainda não foram alcançadas.
Ficamos comovidos com as dificuldades dos migrantes e impressionados com os esforços que foram feitos até agora.
Os fatos históricos só podem ser conhecidos quando se vai a campo.
