キンカリ：巨大な小籠包に見えます。両手の指で摘んで食べます。香草が入っていて、マトン、牛、豚の合挽が多いです。これを食べるとジョージアに帰ってきたなと感じます。

シュクメルリ：松屋で有名になりましたね。本場では芋は入れません。びっくりするぐらいニンニクが入っています。フライパンで焼き目をつけてから煮込みます。

ワイン：ギネスブック公認の世界最古のワインです。ビオワイン・オレンジワインの元祖です。壺で作ります。ジョージア人の魂です。
