優れている点があります。

輪作とうまく併用すれば、土壌中の微生物が豊かになり、殺菌も行うことができて、灰が栄養素となり化学肥料も農薬も使わなくても済む時もあります。

しかし山火事の恐れや、生態系への影響、CO2などの課題があります。

肥料も農薬も購入できないような貧困地域の農民には良い方法なのですが、なかなか難しいですね。

この課題の解決は、中々大変です。
