腱鞘炎

腱鞘炎になってしまいました。

理由は明らかです。

仕事柄毎月多くのレポートや連載記事を作成しなくてはなりません。

平均すると月１００枚以上でしょう。

それを何年も続けてきたのですから疲労も溜まっていたのだと思います。

Macのキーボードは音が静かですし、タッチも軽いのですが、どこか力が入っていたのでしょう。

暫くは不自由な日々が続きますが乗り越えます。

利き手ではないのが幸いです。
