白い蜂蜜

蜂蜜が好きだ。

随分前の話になるが、横浜市の支援の下、森ビルさんと一緒に横浜で養蜂をしていたことがある。

プロポリスに関する仕事も実施した。

世界各地で蜂蜜を食した。

それぞれの地域、季節で味が異なる。

ミツバチが運んでくる花が異なるからだ。

何が美味しいかというよりも個々人の好みによるだろう。

白い蜂蜜。ニュージーランド産が有名だが、私はキルギスの白い蜂蜜が好きだ。

そのまま舐めても美味しいのだ。
