インタビューが多いです。

メディアからのインタビュー。

採用のためのインタビュー。

背伸びしてもダメ。

身を屈めることもダメ。

等身大であり続けることを心掛けています。

「働いていてどんな瞬間に喜びを感じますか？」

という質問をいただきました。

やったー。という達成感を得られることもありますが、

私の場合は、素晴らしい同僚と働ける日々に喜びを感じています。

凄い人材が集まっています。

自分が日々成長しているのがわかります。

一年どころか数ヶ月前の自分よりも成長している自分がいます。

それも喜びだと感じています。

写真と全く関連ないですね。
