まだ海に入っています。

気温よりも海水温の方が暖かいです。

それでも１時間以上入っていると体の芯まで冷え切ります。

海から出たら、シャワーです。

本ケースに入ったポリタンクに電動シャワーを取り付けます。

朝出かける時にお湯を入れてからくると、海から上がってもまだ暖かいです。

これでようやく解凍されます。
