海外出張の回数が減ったからでしょうか？

帰路で腰を痛めてしまいました。

痛み止めを飲んで出社しています。

イタタタた。

腰が悪くなると、運動はできませんし、仕事のみならず日常生活にも支障が出てしまいますね。
