卵が好きです。

日本は世界でも２位もしくは３位の消費国です。

一位はメキシコです。日本とマレーシアは競り合っています。

1日1個ほど消費しています。

私はもっと食べています。

生卵を食べられる喜び。

海外と行ったり来たりの生活が続いていますが、帰国すると生卵をいただけることがとても嬉しいのです。

サルモネラ菌は半熟では殺菌できません。

きちんとした飼育管理がされなければ安心安全な卵は作れません。

もちろん泥つきなど良くありません。
