都市計画

クリチバ市環境局の庁舎です。

森の中に佇み、河が流れています。

廃材を使って80年代に建てられました。

80年代から廃棄物の分別をこのブラジルで開始し、

都市計画を進めてきました。

美しい街並みに人々が集まり、街が活性化されました。

日本の地方都市に比べても、20年は先を行っていたのでしょう。

しかし時代は変わりました。

今の時代だからこそ我が国でできることも多いのでしょう。
