世界最大の中華街を台所代わりにできるのは贅沢である。

会社から歩いて行けるのはとても便利だ。

その中でも萬珍樓は30年以上通っている。

何を頼んでも旨いと思うが、特に好きなのはチャーシューのきしめん包みと黄ニラの焼きそばである。

そして、秘伝のラー油である。大豆油を使用しているのである。

土曜日。

心身ともに少々草臥れた。

色々なプロジェクトを動かしているし、団体の役員をやっていればいいこともあれば、嫌な役回りの時もあるのだ。

避けて通るつもりもなければ、怯むつもりもない。

しかし草臥れるのである。

そんな日は仕事を小休止して、旨いものを食べる。
