夏バテ

猛暑ですね。

みなさんご自愛ください。

私は体調を崩しています。

夏バテなのでしょう。

体力が落ちています。

 

まあ何とか働いていますが。

 

夏といえば新子が好きです。ちょいと紅酢の舎利で。

夏には夏の魚。普段食べないウニやアナゴもこの時期はいただきます。

 

蕎麦も酒もうまくはない季節でも、

野菜は美味しいし。

 

たくさん食べて元気を取り戻さないと。
