マチュピチュの頂

与えてくれ　戦いを　鋼　火山を
磁石のようにわたしに躯を寄せろ
わたしの血管と口に来い
わたしの言葉と血を通して
さあ話すのだ

パブロ・ネルーダというと眉をひそめる向きが強いが、マチュピチュの頂に関しては傑作と言われています。やはりチェ・ゲバラが兵士たちにネルーダの詩を読んで聞かせていたというので左翼思想家のレッテルが強く貼られてしまったのでしょう。
重厚さと繊細さ。歴史と自然。
たまにはこういった詩も悪くないですね。

 

ペルーには２０回近く来ていますが、まだマチュピチュには行ったことがないのです。

仕事ですから当然といえば当然ですが、いつかはいってみたいです。
