ペルー北部で獲れる、フネガイ科の黒い貝を使ったセビーチェのことです。

つまり赤貝のセビーチェです。

新鮮なものを提供する店でなければお勧めできません。

兎に角美味しいです。

日本では食べることができないですね。

 

同じ貝を使った炊き込みご飯です。

逸品です。
