何年も半分日本、半分途上国周りの生活が続いている。

日本にいるときには和食ばかりを食べる。

体が欲するからだ。

その代わり途上国ではあまり和食を欲しないで済む。

夏の冷製茶碗蒸し。トマト、ズッキーニ、雲丹。

美味しい一品だ。
